			<title><![CDATA[ Elbaite or Beryl deposit in the Stansburys??? ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I remember reading somewhere awhile back about a deposit on the north end of the Stansbury mountains. If my memory serves me correctly it was either beryl (var aquamarine) or Elbaite (tourmaline).<br><br>I could have sworn that this was listed in one of my books but I can't find it anywhere. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I am heading to Timpie valley this weekend and thought I would check this out while I was out there.<br><br>Any info would be appreciated.<br><div... ]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[ West Desert Sinkhole ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ The West Desert Sinkhole is an interesting side trip for anyone rockhounding in the Notch Peak/Amasa Basin area.<br><br>The sinkhole is huge - over 70 ft. in diameter and about 80 ft. deep.  It was once thought to be the entrance to a Spanish mine, but an exploratory shaft sunk next to the sinkhole never resulted in a discovery.
